On our final day of the cruise I managed to push for a quick 7.15km run on the treadmill while looking out at the ocean.

There’s not much to say about it other than shortly after I got on the ‘mill a young woman attempted to mount the treadmill a few spots beside me and had an epic fail. There’s a sign by the treadmill’s that says “beware of step” since there’s a bit of a gap between the floor and the treadmill’s surface. Apparently she didn’t see it, tripped, and completely and utterly wiped out. She quickly picked herself up, glanced around and nonchalantly started her machine as if nothing happened. It was hilarious.

Make sure you check on your surroundings when you go for a run. You don’t want to be caught looking like a goofball – or worse, getting injured!
