Back On!

Today I started a new training regimen – a 20-week marathon schedule that will prepare me for the Waterloo Marathon on May 1.

It was an easy-going 7km on the treadmill and it felt pretty good. Nothing like a little Seinfeld to keep me going, but I’ll miss the nice outdoor running weather and scenery.

I’m already looking forward to my run tomorrow. I’ll be posting the schedule tomorrow.

I can’t wait to share some pics and video from the Santa run and post the race schedule for 2011!

Tip for today: layer your clothing. It can be really chilly out, so you want to be warm enough, but you also want to be able to peel off layers when you warm up and put them back on when you cool down. Good cold weather clothing was one of my best running investments.
